How fast can you translate and notarize my document in Tbilisi?+
Standard personal documents (passport, birth certificate, diploma, police clearance) are translated and notarized within 1-2 hours on the express track. Larger files such as contracts, court rulings or medical records are quoted per page, and most 10-20 page projects are delivered the same or next business day. You receive a scanned copy by email the moment the notary signs, and the original by courier or office pickup.
Can I order a certified translation completely online without visiting your office?+
For passports and driving licenses - yes, this is our exclusive fully online service. Send a clear photo via WhatsApp, Telegram or email, approve the quote, pay by card or bank transfer, and we translate and notarize it without you ever coming in. The finished original is delivered by courier across Georgia or worldwide. For all other documents (certificates, diplomas, contracts, court rulings and so on) the Georgian notary must see the original, so you bring it once to our office at David Agmashenebeli Ave 117, near Marjanishvili Metro - you can still send a photo in advance so the translation is ready and notarized within 1-2 hours of your visit.
What is the difference between a notarized translation and a certified translation?+
A certified translation carries our agency stamp and the translator's signed declaration of accuracy - accepted by universities, employers, banks and most foreign corporations. A notarized translation adds a Georgian notary's official attestation of the translator's signature, which is required by courts, ministries, the Public Service Hall, immigration authorities and for any document that will later be apostilled. If you are unsure which one you need, tell us where the document is going and we will advise you for free.
Do I need an apostille, and can you get it for me in Tbilisi?+
If your Georgian document will be used in another Hague Convention country (EU states, USA, UK, Turkey, Israel, Australia and 120+ others), it needs an apostille from the Georgian authorities. Bring the original to our office at David Agmashenebeli Ave 117 once, and we submit, track and pick up your apostille from the state agencies for you - no queues, no second visit - typically in 1-5 business days depending on the issuing body. For countries outside the Hague Convention (UAE, Canada, China, Egypt and others) we handle full consular legalization instead.
How is the price calculated?+
Pricing is based on three factors: language pair, page count (one standard page is 1,800 characters with spaces) and urgency. Notary fees, apostille state fees and courier costs are itemized separately so you always see exactly what you pay for. Send your file and you will receive a fixed, all-inclusive quote within 15 minutes - no hidden charges after the work starts.
Is my confidential document safe with you?+
Absolutely. Every translator, editor and courier works under a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement. Files are stored on encrypted servers, shared only with the linguist assigned to your project and deleted on request once the job is delivered. We routinely handle M&A contracts, medical histories, court cases and tender documents for corporate clients who require this level of discretion.
Are your notarized translations accepted for Georgian residence permits and immigration?+
Yes. Our notarized translations meet the format required by the Public Service Development Agency, the Ministry of Justice, the House of Justice and the Revenue Service for residence permits, citizenship applications, company registration and property purchases. We also prepare translations for foreign consulates in Tbilisi and for immigration authorities abroad.
Which languages do you translate?+
We work with 49 languages, from Georgian into any of them, from any of them into Georgian, and directly between foreign languages such as English-Russian, German-English or Turkish-Arabic. The full list includes English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Arabic, Persian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hebrew, Ukrainian, Armenian and 34 more.
Do you have offices in Batumi or Kutaisi? I am not in Tbilisi.+
Yes - our Batumi and Kutaisi branches are temporarily closed for renovation and will reopen soon. Until then we serve Batumi, Kutaisi and all of Georgia online: send a photo for a quote, courier the original to our Tbilisi office at David Agmashenebeli Ave 117 (or ask us to arrange pickup), and we translate, notarize, apostille and courier everything back to you. Passports and driving licenses need no original at all. When the branches reopen, in-person service resumes in both cities.
Can you provide an interpreter for a notary appointment or a business meeting?+
Yes. We supply certified interpreters for notary transactions (powers of attorney, property sales, company founding), court hearings, medical consultations, conferences and Zoom calls. Consecutive interpreting is available on 2-hour notice in Tbilisi; simultaneous interpreting with equipment is booked in advance.
