Admission to Catalan and Valencian universities

Universities accept certified translations into Catalan or Spanish at application and sworn or apostilled translations at enrollment; Catalan universities' international offices work in both languages and in English. Tuition for non-EU students is set by the Generalitat's decree of prices and is higher than for EU students. The Universitat d'Andorra and Andorran school documents

The Universitat d'Andorra, small and Catalan-speaking, admits foreign students to bàtxelors and màsters in nursing, computer science, business and education with the apostilled diploma and transcript translated into Catalan, and Andorra's Govern recognizes foreign degrees for professional practice through its own procedure, which requires Catalan translations and often the Spanish or French homologation as a prerequisite. Andorra's three school systems - Andorran, Spanish and French - issue records in Catalan, Spanish or French, and Georgian families moving to Andorra need Georgian school records translated into Catalan for the Ministeri d'Educació. Georgian workers taking jobs in Andorra's hotels, ski resorts and construction under the seasonal and permanent immigration quotas need vocational certificates translated for employers and the Servei d'Immigració.
