Persian Interpreting in Tbilisi and Persian Localization for Iranian Clients
An Iranian student at enrollment, an Iranian investor at the notary, an Iranian family at a bank compliance interview, a Georgian hotel marketing to Iranian tourists - each needs an interpreter or an editor who is native in Persian and fluent in the setting. We provide both.

Interpreting for Iranian students: universities, dormitories, clinics
Iranian students are among the largest international groups at Georgian medical, dental, pharmacy and engineering faculties, and while they manage in English in the classroom, the residence permit submission at the Public Service Development Agency, the biometrics appointment, the bank account opening, the lease signing, the clinic visit and occasionally the police station happen in Georgian. We provide Persian interpreters for these appointments, on site in Tbilisi and by video for students in Batumi and Kutaisi, and we work with international student offices at several universities to cover arrival weeks. Medical interpreting - at consultations, diagnostics and hospital admissions, with translation of the records afterwards - is handled with strict confidentiality.
Notary, property and company registration
Georgian notarial law requires an interpreter for any party who does not speak Georgian, and the notary records the interpreter in the deed. Iranian buyers of apartments in Tbilisi and Batumi, founders of LLCs and individual entrepreneur status, grantors of powers of attorney to Georgian lawyers, and parties to marriage contracts and wills use our notary at Agmashenebeli 117 with the interpreter built into the appointment: bilingual Georgian-Persian draft in advance, clause-by-clause interpreting at the signing, one sitting. We also accompany clients to the Public Registry for title registration, to the House of Justice for company and marriage registration, to the Revenue Service for tax registration, and to banks, and we translate the Public Registry extract and cadastral plan into Persian for the client's records and for Iranian courts or heirs.
Bank compliance interviews and official proceedings
Iranian clients face compliance interviews at Georgian banks that other nationalities rarely encounter, and an interpreter who understands both the questions being asked and the documents being presented makes the difference between a clear answer and a misunderstanding that closes the file. We interpret at these interviews and translate the supporting documents in advance. In Georgian courts, civil, family and commercial cases involving Iranian parties - divorce and custody, landlord-tenant, contract disputes, debt recovery - require the parties to bring their own interpreter, and ours know the procedural vocabulary. We also interpret at police statements, at immigration interviews and at notary depositions, and we translate case files.
Trade, transit and business interpreting
Iranian trucks transit Georgia to Turkey and the Black Sea ports, Iranian traders import and export through Poti and Batumi, and Iranian companies deal with Georgian customs brokers, freight forwarders, insurers and partners. We provide consecutive interpreters for negotiations, customs proceedings, site visits and trade fairs, in Tbilisi, Batumi and by video, and simultaneous interpreting for conferences and business forums in Georgian-Persian-English configurations. Georgian exporters of wine, mineral water and agricultural products exploring the Iranian market, and Iranian exporters of construction materials, food products and carpets, use our interpreters with the vocabulary of trade and customs. Remote interpreting through Zoom is scheduled in the overlap of Georgian and Iranian working hours, which is most of the day.
Persian localization for Georgian tourism, real estate and exports
Iranians are one of the largest groups of tourists visiting Georgia, and Iranian buyers are a significant presence in Tbilisi and Batumi real estate. Both respond to Persian-language content that reads natively, in right-to-left layout with Persian typography, rather than English or Russian. We localize hotel and tourism websites and booking engines, real estate listings and developer sites, restaurant menus, medical tourism pages, wine and food catalogs, mobile apps and e-commerce stores into Persian, working directly in your CMS, in JSON and XLIFF files or in design files, handling right-to-left layout and Persian numerals, adapting tone, currency and cultural references, writing meta titles that match Persian search behavior, and testing the result on the live site with native Persian editors doing the final pass.
Proofreading, right-to-left layout, and booking
We proofread Persian written by non-native speakers or produced by machine translation, returning tracked changes, and we check right-to-left layout in the rendered page, because mixed-direction text with Latin brand names and numbers breaks easily. For companies producing Persian content continuously we offer a monthly editing retainer.
To book an interpreter, send the date, place or meeting link, the subject and any documents to prepare from. Consecutive interpreting is billed hourly with a two-hour minimum on site in Tbilisi and no minimum beyond the first hour for remote sessions; simultaneous work is billed by half-day or day with two interpreters alternating; travel to Batumi or a border crossing is billed at cost. Same-day bookings are usually possible during office hours.
