Medical records: continuity of care for Ukrainian families in Georgia

Ukrainian residents bring their medical history with them - виписка з медичної карти, histology, imaging reports, lab results, vaccination cards (карта профілактичних щеплень), disability certificates and prescriptions - and Georgian clinics, insurers and the social service agency need them in Georgian.
