🎓 Course and language certificates - certified translation in Tbilisi
Course and Language Certificate Translation - Language Tests, Training and Professional Certificates for Universities, Employers and Licensing Bodies
Between the school certificate and the diploma lies a thick file of shorter certificates - language tests, training courses, professional and vocational qualifications, IT and industry certifications - that universities, employers, licensing bodies and immigration officers ask for and check. We translate them into and from 49 languages in 1-2 hours, certified or notarized as the reader requires, with the issuing body and the qualification explained where a foreign reader would not know them.

Language certificates: what they prove and who accepts them without translation
Language test certificates - IELTS, TOEFL and Duolingo for English, Cambridge's FCE, CAE and CPE, the Goethe-Zertifikat and TestDaF for German, DELF and DALF for French, DELE and SIELE for Spanish, CILS and CELI for Italian, HSK for Chinese, JLPT for Japanese, TOPIK for Korean, TORFL for Russian, and the Georgian language certificates issued by Georgian universities and the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement - are issued in the test's language and usually in English, and universities and immigration offices in the test's country accept them directly, often verifying them online. Translation is needed when the certificate goes to a country that reads neither language - a Goethe certificate for a Georgian employer or the Public Service Development Agency, a Georgian language certificate for a foreign consulate or a home-country ministry, an HSK certificate for a Georgian university - or when an office requires every document in its file to be in its language, which Georgian authorities and several foreign registries do. We translate the certificate with the levels and scores exactly as printed, the CEFR level noted, and the issuing body identified, in 1-2 hours, notarized where the office requires.
Vocational and professional training certificates
Workers cross borders with certificates that prove trades and skills: welding certifications, electrical and gas installation qualifications, construction and scaffolding cards, forklift and crane operator licenses, driving qualification cards for professional drivers, culinary and hospitality diplomas, hairdressing and beauty certificates, massage and spa therapy certificates, nursing assistant and caregiver certificates, seafarers' STCW certificates, aviation licenses and ratings, and the certificates of the hundreds of training centers and vocational colleges that issue them. Georgian workers going to Poland, Germany, Italy, the Gulf and Turkey need them translated for employers, employment agencies and, for regulated trades, the recognition authority; foreign workers coming to Georgia - Thai spa therapists, Indian and Filipino nurses, Uzbek and Turkmen construction workers, Turkish and Chinese technicians - need them translated for employers, the Public Service Development Agency's work permit process and Georgian licensing bodies. We translate the certificate, identify the issuing body and the qualification in a translator's note, and advise employers and workers on which certificates carry weight with a given authority.
IT, industry and continuing education certifications
Professional certifications from international bodies - Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Google, CompTIA, PMI's PMP, Scrum and agile certifications, ACCA and CFA levels, Six Sigma, ISO auditor certifications, the certifications of medical specialty boards and continuing medical education credits - are issued in English and rarely need translation for international employers, but Georgian authorities, some foreign licensing bodies and immigration systems that award points for qualifications want them in their language, and continuing education certificates from Georgian and foreign universities and professional bodies (medical continuing education, teacher training, legal education) need translation for licensing renewals and employers across borders. We translate these with the certification's name kept in its original form, the issuing body identified and the credential's nature explained, and we translate the transcripts and credit records of continuing education programs for licensing bodies that count hours.
Course completion certificates and short programs
Universities, online platforms and training providers issue certificates for short courses, summer schools, exchange programs, preparatory and foundation years, language courses at universities, and non-degree programs, and these are asked for by universities assessing an applicant's preparation (a preparatory year for admission, a foundation program for entry), by immigration offices assessing time spent studying, by employers and by scholarship bodies. Certificates from online platforms (Coursera, edX and the university programs delivered through them) are increasingly accepted when verifiable. We translate course completion certificates with the program's content, hours and grades where stated, and, where a university or immigration office wants more than the certificate shows, we translate the course description or the provider's confirmation letter alongside it.
What readers check, and how we keep certificates credible
A certificate is a small document with a big claim, and readers check the claim against the issuer. Language certificates are checked online by test-taker number, so we reproduce every identifier exactly; professional certificates are checked against the issuing body's register or the standard they reference, so we identify the body and the standard precisely; vocational certificates from unfamiliar providers are judged by what they say the holder can do, so we translate the content fully rather than summarizing; and every certificate is checked against the passport for the holder's name, which we transliterate consistently with the rest of the file. Where a certificate is one of a set - a training certificate with its transcript, a professional license with its renewal record, a language certificate with the test report form - we translate the set together so that nothing the reader may ask for is missing.
Pricing, timing and how to order
Course and language certificates are priced at a fixed rate per certificate, whatever the language, with a modest supplement for rare languages, plus the notary's fee where notarization is required; transcripts and course descriptions accompanying them per page. Translation takes 1-2 hours from the moment the certificate is with us, and a certified PDF for online submission is delivered within the same time.
To order, send a photo or PDF of the certificate (both sides, and the test report form or transcript where there is one) on WhatsApp or Telegram, and tell us the receiving office and country; the quote arrives within 15 minutes with the level we recommend. For notarized translations bring the original to Agmashenebeli 117, near Marjanishvili Metro, or courier it from any city; electronically issued certificates are verified through their code and notarized with a printout. Delivery is by scan when the notary signs, by collection, by same-day courier in Tbilisi or by courier anywhere.
