Mongolian Legal and Business Translation for Clubs, Federations, Mining Companies and Traders Between Georgia and Mongolia
Coach and athlete contracts between Mongolian and Georgian clubs, mining equipment and service contracts, cashmere and wine trade documents and the occasional company registration all run on documents in Mongolian, Georgian and English that must say the same thing before a federation, a registry or a court. We keep them aligned and run the apostille each side requires.

Athlete and coach contracts, transfers and federation documents
The most frequent Mongolian legal document in Georgia is the contract of a coach or athlete: employment contracts between Georgian clubs or federations and Mongolian judo, wrestling and sambo coaches, athlete agreements for foreign competitors in Georgian clubs and leagues, training camp agreements between federations and clubs, agent agreements, sponsorship and image rights clauses, and the international federation documents that accompany a change of club or, occasionally, of sporting nationality; Georgian coaches and athletes in Mongolia generate the mirror set. We translate these with the terminology of the International Judo Federation, United World Wrestling and the two countries' federation rules, draft bilingual Georgian-Mongolian employment contracts compliant with the Georgian Labor Code that the coach understands and the Public Service Development Agency accepts for the work permit, and provide interpreters for negotiations and signings. Disputes go to the federations' bodies or the CAS, and we translate submissions and awards.
Mining: equipment, services, exploration and joint ventures
Mongolia's mining economy and Georgia's mining and metallurgy sectors generate a distinct body of contracts: equipment supply and service agreements for mining and processing machinery, drilling and exploration service contracts, engineering and consultancy agreements, joint venture and shareholder agreements between Mongolian and Georgian or third-country investors, exploration and mining license documents and their transfer, offtake agreements for copper concentrate, coal, manganese and other products, and the environmental and community agreements that Mongolian law requires around a mine. We translate these between Mongolian, Georgian and English with lawyers and mining engineers working together, keeping defined terms, technical schedules and the vocabulary of Mongolia's Minerals Law and Georgia's mining regulation consistent, and maintaining project glossaries across the years a project runs.
Registering a Georgian company with Mongolian founders, and a Mongolian one with Georgian founders
A Mongolian company (ХХК or ХК) founding a Georgian subsidiary, branch or representative office - for trade, mining services, tourism or investment - submits a Georgian translation of its state registration certificate (улсын бүртгэлийн гэрчилгээ) and extract from the legal entities register, its charter (дүрэм), the decision of the shareholders approving the Georgian entity and a power of attorney if a local representative files; each is notarized in Mongolia and apostilled by the MFA, then notarized in Tbilisi. Individual Mongolian founders submit a translated passport. We draft the Georgian charter bilingually with a parallel Mongolian or English column so the founder signs a text they can read, and we know the wording the National Agency of Public Registry expects. Georgian founders of a Mongolian company go the other way, with the Georgian Public Registry extract, charter and founder's decision apostilled, translated into Mongolian and, where the Mongolian registration authority or notary asks, re-notarized in Ulaanbaatar, and with attention to Mongolia's foreign investment registration requirements.
Trade: cashmere, leather, wine and mineral water
Mongolian cashmere, wool, leather and meat products reach Georgian importers and fashion businesses, and Georgian wine, mineral water and food reach Mongolian importers and restaurants, with supply and distribution agreements, product specifications, certificates of origin, quality and analysis, veterinary and phytosanitary certificates, labels meeting each country's rules, commercial invoices and packing lists, and customs correspondence, which we translate with staff who know both customs systems. Mongolian cashmere brands entering Georgia and Georgian wineries entering Mongolia use our localization team for the marketing side of the same files.
Powers of attorney, court judgments, arbitration and enforcement
Powers of attorney - a Mongolian coach authorizing someone at home to handle their affairs, Mongolian owners of Georgian property, Mongolian companies authorizing Georgian representatives, and the reverse - are issued by Mongolian notaries and apostilled by the MFA and translated and notarized here, or drafted at our notary with an interpreter, translated into Mongolian and apostilled for Mongolia. Mongolian court judgments in family, commercial and succession matters are recognized in Georgia through proceedings requiring notarized Georgian translations of the judgment, proof of its entry into force and supporting documents, all apostilled; Georgian judgments go the other way for Mongolian courts, translated into Mongolian and apostilled, with a Georgian lawyer and Mongolian counsel assessing the route in the absence of a bilateral treaty. Arbitration under the Mongolian International Arbitration Centre, the HKIAC, the ICC or the Georgian International Arbitration Centre - mining contracts commonly specify one of the international institutions - produces submissions and awards which we translate under procedural deadlines. Litigation files are handled under NDA with restricted access.
Financial statements, tax documents, confidentiality and how projects run
Georgian subsidiaries of Mongolian companies and Mongolian subsidiaries of Georgian ones report to head office and to banks and tax authorities on both sides; we translate financial statements, audit reports, tax certificates, tax residency certificates and bank confirmation letters, with accountants on the team reconciling every figure, and we translate the financial and qualification documents of Georgian companies bidding for Mongolian mining and infrastructure contracts and of Mongolian companies bidding in Georgia.
Every translator, editor and courier is bound by a non-disclosure agreement, files are encrypted and access is limited to the assigned team; we sign client-specific NDAs and data processing terms aligned with Mongolia's personal data law. Corporate clients receive a glossary and translation memory from the first project. Projects run in a fixed pattern: fixed quote within the hour, a legal or financial specialist plus a reviewer, questions returned in a single batch, delivery in the original format, and notarization and apostille scheduled in parallel with translation. Framework agreements with monthly invoicing and priority notary slots are available for clubs and federations, mining and equipment companies, traders and law firms serving Mongolian clients.
