CIMEA's online procedure needs certified translations of the diploma and transcript, and the diploma's verification through CIMEA's channels. Admission itself runs through pre-enrollment on the Universitaly portal, where applicants upload the school leaving certificate with national exam results (for bachelor's) or the diploma and esami sostenuti (for master's), language certificates (CILS, CELI, PLIDA, or IELTS for English-taught programs) and the passport. Professional recognition: doctors, nurses, architects, engineers, chefs

Georgian doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists and physiotherapists seeking riconoscimento of their qualification by the Ministero della Salute need the apostilled diploma, the full curriculum with hours, the specialization certificate, the Georgian license, a certificate of good standing and proof of professional experience, all translated into Italian; nurses recruited to Italian hospitals and RSAs are the largest group.
